Contrary to popular belief, full fat dairy actually lowers the risk of obesity, as well as type 2 diabetes.
Cheese is a popular ingredient in many recipes, including healthy avocado recipes. It is high in protein and calcium as well as healthy bacteria that can fight illnesses. A single serving of cheese contains as much calcium as one glass of milk.
