Now for normal people like us, making a habit of starting the day with all these things in mind can only be continued for like 3 or 4 days straight. You need to perform a little action to make your morning amazing and thus make your whole day better. These methods may seem simple to you, but your task is to keep on doing them for over 20 days so that they could become habitual for you.

1. Get up Earlier

How to be successful? Start with getting up earlier. This habit is one of the most important things to do every morning. It is hard but definitely worth it. Getting up early means waking up at 5 a.m. or 5:30 a.m., and not like getting up at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. Once you leave the bed early in the morning, you can get a lot of things done during the whole day. Even the President of the USA, Barack Obama gets up at 4:30 a.m., so if he can find the time, then I guess we can, too.

Beautiful women become even more beautiful if they get all the necessary nutrients in the morning – their skin starts to glow. We all have skipped meals a lot, more than we should have done. Eating breakfast is a pretty important deal if you want to make the best out of your day. And it is not rocket science that a healthy breakfast gives you the energy to stay active during the whole day. You do not have to eat breakfast right after you get up, you can work out at first and then have it. Also, if you have had a heavy dinner, you can have your breakfast a couple of hours after you wake up.

To be organized means to decide your clothes for the day, to gather up your meals and to keep your room tidy.
