Photo 7-12: Spaghetti Squash
To cook this dish, take one spaghetti squash and cut it in halves. Chop broccoli florets, you will need two cups of them. Mince three cloves of garlic. You will also need some pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Use one teaspoon of Italian season. If you do not have it, you can replace it with thyme, oregano, and basil mix. Make sure you have mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, 1/2 and 1/3 cup respectively.

Take a save dish for microwaves, pour there some water, and place the squash into it. Cook it in the microwave for about 10 minutes. The squash should become tender. Then remove it and let it cool down for 10 minutes. Then take a skillet and cook there red pepper flakes for half a minute. Stir them constantly. Then add garlic and broccoli. Continue stirring until the products combine. Pour there 2 tablespoons of water. Saute this mixture for no more than 5 minutes. The broccoli should become tender.
