Simply soak 2 cotton balls in a bowl or glass of cold milk and let them stay on your eyes for ten to fifteen minutes. Wash with water and watch as the dark circles start to fade.
We’ve all seen the old movies with women lying in bed with cucumbers over their eyes. This is not just an old wives’ tale since it does help eliminate dark circles under eyes. Simply apply a thin, chilled cucumber slice over each eye and let them stay for fifteen minutes. This will not only help reduce dark circles, but will reduce redness and puffiness, as well.
